Curated works created and event where scents and flowers were in focus.

On the occasion of the Night of Culture aiming to herald and present the work of the Osmothèque – the only scents archive of its kind in the world, we curated an evening and a night to remember.

We transformed the three-storey venue of the French Institute into a realm of fragrances and visual beauties to excite the senses.

While the work and commitment of the Osmothèque was being discovered through mini olfactory conferences and their collection of unique perfumes unveiled, we highlighted some of these gems by creating bespoke paper botanicals of 5 iconic flowers used in perfumery (Iris, Jasmin, Lily of the valley, rose and tuberose), for the visitor to peruse.

At street level, to mark the entering into the ephemeral sensorium, we also adorned the entrance with a hanging paper flower cloud and covered the lobby stage / scene with a field of wild blooms.
